GOUDA

Gouda is the city of the cheese festival, which starts early April till end of August, the buyers and dealears are the old dutch guard which are animating the city hall standing in front of the square. Each Thursday is party time, using old communication language with hands clapping and gestures like in the old time 400 years ago. Cheese bisquits, cheese melted, pancakes and much more available in the Kaas Festival!
